Registration fee participation in scientific meetings, congress documents, free entry to exhibition areas and participation in social programs.
Congress Hotel External Participation Fee: 200 Euro + 18% VAT for the participants who register without accommodation.
Services included in the Congress Hotel External Participation Fee: Open buffet lunch, drinks to be taken at lunch, coffee breaks, take advantage of the Congress Hotel All Inclusive system between 09.00-18.00.
Participants who will not be staying at the convention hotel must pay the registration fee and the package fee without registration.

Transfer fee between private airport and hotel is 70 Euro + 18% VAT.

Registration & Accommodation fees can be sent to the following bank account or paid by credit card. Please request OCT Tourism's approval for availability before booking by bank transfer for registration and accommodation reservations.
