Congress Date and Place

National Lung Health Congress NLHC-2023 with International participation will be held on March 15-18, 2023 at Sueno Deluxe Hotel, Belek Antalya.

Language of Congress

The language of the congress is Turkish and simultaneous translation will be provided during the sessions with foreign speakers.

Badge

Badges will be given to all registered participants and accompanying persons. In order to ensure the order and security of the congress, badges must be attached to all scientific and social activities.

Congress Registration

Registration desk; It will be open between 07.30 and 21.30 on 14-19 March 2023. You can get congress documents and necessary information from the registration desk.

Secretariat Services

Your application for secretarial services will be answered through the information desk at the congress center.

Certificate of participation

Participation certificates will be given to all participants who register to the congress. You can send the participation certificates to your e-mail via the kiosks to be placed at the registration desk in the congress center or you can request them from the secretariat after the congress.

Scientific sessions of the congress will start on March 16,2022 and will end on March 18, 2023.

Lending

NLHC 2023 - National Lung Health Congress will be accredited by TTB-STE / CPD Accreditation-Crediting Committee.

Invitation letter

The invitation letters of the congress will be sent to the participants via the Congress Secretariat. Central permission letter will be written to institutions employing a large number of physicians. Such invitation letters may only be used for permission.

Papers and Awards

In accordance with academic incentive and associate professorship applications, our congress is planned as an international congress, and if full texts of the oral presentations to be presented in our congress and full texts of speeches in scientific meetings are sent after the congress, they will be published as a full text online proceedings book
All papers will be collected via the online notification system on the web page. Those selected by the evaluation jury among the papers and posters accepted to be presented at the congress will be awarded prizes.

Exhibition Areas

During the congress, a large area was reserved in the hall and foyer of Sueno Convention Center in order to exhibit their products in the fields of medicine, medical equipment and books. It is requested to carry the congress registration badge at the entrance to the exhibition areas.

Coffee Break

During the congress, tea and coffee will be served from the congress center foyer and stand areas.

Lunch

During the congress, lunches will be served as a buffet at Sueno Deluxe Hotel main restaurant.

Sightseeing

Sightseeing tours before and after congress can be arranged upon request. For this purpose, a tour desk will be established in the congress registration area. Tours can be done in two different forms as private one-person tours and group tours. At least ten people are required to register during group tours. Transfer Information

Two way airport transfers between Sueno Deluxe Hotel and side stay hotels - Antalya airport will be provided free of charge to our participants who provide flight information. Please contact OCT Turizm for private transfers. Please note that if you notify flight changes 24 hours in advance, the transfer will be considered.

Cancellation Conditions

All fees will be refunded if notified by 31 January 2023.
50% of the fees will be refunded if notified between January 31st and February 28th 2023.
Cancellations notified after 28 February 2023 will not be considered.
All refunds will be made within 1 month after the end of the congress.
